Sandra is the Chairperson of the National Chamber for IT/BPM industry, Sri Lanka Association of Software and Services Companies – SLASSCOM, Group Chief Customer Officer of Dialog, Chairperson - Digital Customer Experience Group for Axiata Berhad and Director of Dialog Business Services. She is a founding Board Member of the Women's Chamber for Digital. Her Career in the ICT industry spans over 3 decades. Sandra joined SLASSCOM in 2008 and has held the longest tenure as Vice-Chairperson, Finance and Operations Director; led Women Technoprenuer, Quality, Branding and Communications, and TechKidz initiatives. She is the recipient of multiple global awards for thought leadership and contribution in the sphere of Customer Experience and Women in Leadership. Sandra is a visiting lecturer at the University of Colombo School of Computing and is an avid global speaker at over 200 global events.
