Randhula de Silva is the Founder and CEO of GoodLife X pvt Ltd, where she works as a catalyst to empower entrepreneurs to positively disrupt the old and transition into a new regenerative economy. She was the former CEO and currently a member of the board at Hatch works, and former Chief Disrupter at GIZ Sri Lanka, sphere heading future of work and innovation where she created many programs and turning points for the startup eco system in Sri Lanka. Randhula is also an advocate of systems and social change, and works as a promoter of local artists through her work in independent cinema and new digital media.
