Dinali Peiris
Dinali Peiris is Director - Group Human Resources at MAS Holdings and serves as a Board Member on the MAS Holdings Apparel Board and its Sustainability Advisory Committee. In her current leadership position, she provides strategic direction and spearheads all people related initiatives at MAS, overlooking a global headcount of more than 100,000 across 9 countries. This includes but is not limited to Employer Branding to attract and select the best global talent, implementation of competency frameworks and development interventions towards building capability for the future, performance management and providing growth and progression opportunities through career and succession management and leading the journey of data driven talent decisions through the use of talent analytics.
Dinali is a keen advocate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and draws from her own progressive career journey to provide leadership to key empowerment initiatives at MAS such as ‘Women Go Beyond’ and ‘Women In Management’, driving the mandate to achieve gender equality across the organization. Her foundation in human behavior and psychology has enabled Dinali to support women across all strata to aspire towards leadership positions at MAS, built on the pillars of career advancement, work life balance, skill development and rewarding excellence.
Dinali provides leadership to embed the Organization’s ‘Purpose’ and values, to build and sustain a culture of inspiration, empowerment, safety, and holistic wellbeing which allows people to thrive. Dinali obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the American University of Asia and was awarded a certificate of academic excellence from Oklahoma State University. She has also attended numerous executive and leadership development programs conducted by the INSEAD Business School, Center for Creative Leadership, Doug Adams and Dave Ulrich.
